Metempsychosis

I've been quiet for a long time. Perhaps I've been sleeping, I'm not too sure.

I had a dream the other day where my own reflection was leaning out of a mirror tattooing a phoenix on my back. It was the sort of bird that could only exist in a dream.

I'm quite like a phoenix in a lot of ways. I go through stages of destruction and renewal. It never seems like it will stop.

The real problem is when the destructive parts go on for too long.

So this is me -
